Delongtes Seafood and Grill

Filipinos love seafood and grilled meat. Hence, the famous su-tu-kil or sugba, tula, and kilaw. And I decided to eat just that.

What I tried:

Imbao Soup ( Php 200)

Kinilaw na Malasugue – around Php 150

Barbecued Chicken Liver (Php 32)

I expected the imbao to be chewy but the moment I bit into it, the meat melted in my mouth and the most satisfying flavor filled my taste buds. Neither salty nor too bland, this seashell soup is a perfect appetizer for a family dinner on a rainy evening. I didn’t even mind the under-cooked chili leaves.

As for the Kinilaw na Malasugue, Outback grill’s version tasted better in my opinion. I enjoyed this dish nonetheless.

The barbecued liver was tender, savory and had that melt-in-your-mouth goodness once again. It doesn’t get better than that.

The food was delicious and the servings were price-appropriate. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the place was too dim. I’d appreciate it if a more lights were installed so that you can actually see what you are eating.
